You may cancel your order before it has been shipped for a full refund. Once your order has entered the shipping process, it can no longer be canceled. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order number. We process cancellations immediately upon request and will issue your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation email. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Upon approval of your return, we will process your refund immediately. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times. Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases where the return is due to our error. If you received a gift that you wish to return, we will issue a store credit to the original purchaser.
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take additional time for the refund to be posted to your account. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and work with our payment processor to resolve it promptly. Please have your order number and payment details ready when contacting us about a missing refund.
